  • When a client checks in from your business's Custom Mobile App, the service provider can now receive an automatic SMS message notifying them of the client check-in (Paid SMS Only). A client-facing Custom Mobile App is only available with the Ultimate edition of Envision Cloud. This feature can help your business allow clients to wait outside of the waiting area while still keeping employees aware of upcoming appointments! To enable the option to automatically send SMS notifications to employees after a client checks in from a Custom Mobile App:
    • Company Settings > Calendar Options > "Automatically send SMS MyDash check-ins to employee" checkbox
