New and Improved Reports!

Reports can help you gain insight, analyze your business, and make data-driven business decisions! For those reasons, we are always adding and improving reports in Envision Cloud. Here a few of the new report options coming your way: 
  • Added the Service Fee Report. With this report, you can easily track service fees and access the grand total of service fees charged over a period of time. 
    • Reports > POS Reports > Service Fees


  • Added a detail option to the Client On Account report. The Client On Account Detail report includes individual transaction information from transactions that used the On Account feature as payment compared to the Client On Account Summary report which just displays a client's account balance or credit.  
    • Reports > Client Reports > Client On Account > Report Type Selection


  • Payment Detail report has been redesigned. The new Payment Detail report now includes an employee column, bolded ticket numbers, and an additional summary on the last page! These changes improve the readability and increase the accessibility of payment information within this report. 
    • Reports > POS Reports > Payment Detail 



  • Added the Appointment Blocked Time report. This report allows you to see appointment blocked times and additional details making blocked times easier to track and reference!
    • Reports > Appointment Reports > Appointment Blocked Time List
