Added Standing Appointment Booking Failure Details

- When booking standing appointments Envision Cloud will now provide details on which dates failed to book. Standing appointments usually fail to book when a slot is full, an employee is not scheduled to work, or the business is closed. Being able to see which dates failed to book will allow for the easy rescheduling of those dates!
- Schedule > Appointments > Right-click existing appointment > Make Standing
