Import Question/Answer from UMR to client's notes field

Added option to Update My Records that will import a question/answer directly into the client's notes field

  • Added the option to import questions/answers from an Update My Records form to a client's notes field using the Import Field dropdown in UMR. This ensures service providers can easily access important client information in Envision Cloud!
    • Create/Edit Templates > Double-click form to edit > Pencil icon > "Import Field" dropdown > Customer Note
