Support Enhancements and Username Requirements

Our technical support and development teams are actively working to enhance your Envision Cloud user experience and provide you with quick and easy ways to get the support you need. You may have noticed the Chat option in Envision Cloud, which allows you to contact a member of our support team without leaving the program! This is just one of several new support options available now. As we continue to expand our support options and enhance Envision Cloud, it is necessary for each user to log into the program with a unique username.

***PLEASE TAKE ACTION PRIOR TO MAY 21, 2018***

On Tuesday, May 8, there will be a Username field added to the Employee Profile.

  • Each employee will need to enter a Username which will be used when logging into Envision Cloud.
  • Usernames must be in email format and unique to the employee.

To allow time for this change, all users will have 2 weeks to enter their username. After Monday, May 21, users will be required to log into Envision Cloud with the username provided in the new username field. An employee may use the same email address in the Email field and the Username field, as long as it is not used by any other Envision Cloud user.

Why Do Envision Cloud Users Need a Unique Email Address?

Having a unique username for employees allows for better tracking and auditing within the program. Giving the employee a unique username makes it easier to identify the user in the program while still allowing the user to enter a valid email address in the Email field for notifications, password reminders, etc.

Please use the next 2 weeks to update all active users' profiles with a unique username. Thank you in advance for your proactive actions!

How Can I Tell If Employees Are Using the Same Email Address?

There are 2 ways to see staff email addresses in Envision Cloud. 

  1. Manage users in the Subscription Management section of Envision Cloud

Login to the subscription management side of Envision Cloud, then click on Manage users, passwords, security levels.  You can edit user logins directly from that screen.

   
 

 

 

  1. Pull the Employee Name / Address Report

Within Envision Cloud, click on Reports > Employee Reports > Employee Name/Address Report.

Review the list and edit the employee records for users with duplicate email addresses.
