Reports Not Opening
If you are attempting to preview a report, Envision will try to open a new window to display the report.
If you are not seeing a report after selecting to preview, your browser may be blocking pop-up windows. You can tell if it is, by looking to the upper right, in the same line as the internet address/URL. It can look like either of the options below:
To allow pop-ups, simply click once over the highlighted option and choose to always show pop-ups from the Envision Cloud website.
You may need to select Preview again to open the report for viewing.
